Green Crostini’s

A crispy cocktail snack or side dish: crostini with Sweetgreen tapenade

Serves:
Six

Preparation time:
25 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 Sweetgreen peppers
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 shallots
  • 2 Tasty Tom tomatoes, peeled and choppedmaatjes
  • 18 slices of baguette or ciabatta
  • splash of olive oil
  • table salt
  • freshly ground pepper

Preparation:
Cut the sweet pepper into small dice and thinly slice the shallot together with the garlic.
Fry together in a little of the olive oil until not quite done. Let the mixture cool, then add the chopped tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper and a few drops of olive oil.

To make the crostini from the sliced bread, brush the slices with olive oil and bake them in a 140-degree oven until crispy.
